This is how to make Windows XP look like Windows Vista. With minimal effort and best of all no transformation packs!

Ok so first download the multipacher from the first link.

Then download the theme from the second link.

Now install the multipacher. When this happens the theme for your computer will turn to "classic style" but it's part of the process, so don't give it a second thought.
NOTE: Windows will tell you that some of it's components have been replaced.
Ignore this.

Now open the file with the theme. The theme will be called "VistaVG".

Double click on it and chose "apply".
In order for it to stay your theme after you shut your computer down, save it.

If you ever want to change your theme back to xp. Go to "control panel" then "display".
